For UK orders we use ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY BEFORE 1PM Service which is a fully insured and tracked delivery method. It is the most expensive but most secure service and we have never lost a UK parcel. It requires a signature to confirm safe delivery.

For Worldwide orders we use ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL TRACKED AND SIGNED service which is fully insured also and trackable. This service also requires a signature on delivery to confirm safe reciept.

After your order has been placed and paid for, within 24 hours you will recieve a “payment recieved” confirmation email. After that, you will recieve a tracking email with your individual trackig number. This can then be checked on the Royal Mail website.

ALL UK orders are posted same day if paid for before 2pm and will arrive the next day. All worldwide deliveries are posted same day and are usually 7-10 working days depending on location.

Yes! They are all in plain – thick bubble wrapped envelopes with a fake normal residential return address and EBAY sticker! They are entirely discrete and suitable for delivery to workplaces etc.

Please add items to cart that you would like – and then at checkout there will be an option to create a new account using your email address.

YES! All orders are guaranteed delivery – so if there are any problems what so ever, we will simply re-post your order again free of charge. This is if Royal Mail misplace your parcel, it arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition – we re send entirely free of charge. Please allow 1-2 days longer than anticiapted for your delivery before contacting us.
