All orders are posted in a thick bubble wrapped plain white envelope, with an ebay sticker and fake residential return address in the United Kingdom. It is also clearly marked as “FRAGILE” on the back and will be handled accordingly so. A customs form will be filled out for customers outside of the EU on the package. Goods will always be declared as aromatherapy replacements/samples – so you will not have to pay any import fee’s.

If by any chance your order arrives in a damaged or compromised state, please email us with a photograph and we will immediately re-post again free of charge at our expense – no matter who is at fault. If your order doesnt arrive at all for any reason – please email us after a reasonable amount of time given your location and we will also repost again free of charge.
